Get with the Program

Get with the Program partners with schools and businesses to deliver exciting tech learning events for students. Our mission is to inspire today’s students to become the tech innovators of the future.

Each event aims to be fun, engaging and experiential, putting emphasis on the importance of creative problem solving and complex reasoning. Whether based on a moon landing in peril, deconstructing an enormous scale model of a Raspberry PI computer, or an idea of your own, we'll provide a framework for the development and delivery of a successful event.

Employment Prospects

Our grass-roots tech and coding initiative is designed to encourage children to recognise that a huge number of future jobs will typically require, at a minimum, a basic knowledge of technology. This understanding can broaden their horizons and opportunities, and increase their employment potential.

Diversity

Get with the Program is committed to encouraging all children and underlining that they have a future and a place in computing and technology. We focus on equality and use images that show gender and ethnic diversity in our events.

We work with other companies to create tools and content highlighting tech role models for girls and those from ethnic minorities, who may not currently see themselves fully represented in these roles.

Find out more about how we #walkthetalk and our approach to tackling gender diversity in tech here.

We also support neurodiversity and are careful to create activities and events that support those with neurodiverse needs.

Community

We encourage others to support their communities through volunteering and by providing funding, whether they're parents, individuals in the community or people who work in the tech industry.

We also create job opportunities within local communities, focusing in particular on school hours roles so children’s primary carers can also play a part in their local community and economy.

Cosmic Futures

Flight-Ready Talent™
for Mission-Critical Space Teams

The cost of slow, invisible, unverified connections is measured in months, percentages, and billions

Cosmic Futures powers the next evolution of space workforce intelligence. Driven by engineers, refined by AI, dedicated to the missions that shape our future in space.

Orbiteer

In space, every connection shapes the future, but today’s networks are scattered, slow and unproven. Opportunities slip by before they are even found.

Orbiteer is reimagining how the space industry connects. A trusted network where relationships, talent, and partnerships align to make missions happen.

Hard to enter

The space sector can be perceived as a closed loop. Without the right introductions, it can take years to be heard or to find the opportunities that matter.

Limited visibility

Even the most capable companies and professionals can go unseen until it is too late. Opportunities have short windows, and without the right visibility, they are often missed.

Unverified partners

Decisions worth millions are made without solid proof of capability. Companies gamble on untested suppliers, unproven talent, and unverifiable track records.
